Hello, seamoss family! I am on my seventh day of taking the seamoss capsules. I have not noticed an increase of energy just yet but I have noticed my nails growing. They are supper strong; which I love. I have noticed my face breakout but I think it’s because it’s pulling out all the acne out. Another than that….. I love it.

i noticed a difference within a week in my mood and energy

I received my order in a timely manner. I have previously used the raw seamoss but because I lost my taste & smell due to covid, I took the gel one day and it made me very sick. My husband smelled it when he got home from work and said it smelled rancid. I had no idea. So that being said, I thought I'd try out the capsules. So far so good, although, I did have to lower my dose to 1 capsule instead of 2 because it made me very nauseous and gave me diarrhea. It's been good so far. I will definitely purchase again.
