Jamaican Blue vervain (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis) harvested from the foothills of the Blue Mountains, is also known as Nervine or Vervine in Jamaica. It is a super-herb with all parts of the plant (leaves, roots, and flowers) imparting a wide range of use.
HOW TO PREPARE JAMAICAN BLUE VERVAIN
1. Bring water to boil. Meanwhile, wash the vervain you will need for a serving.
2. Pour the boiling water over the Vervain, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
4. Strain and enjoy!
