HOW TO PREPARE GUACO TEA

1. Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb
2. Cover and let steep for at least 5 minutes.
3. Strain and drink 3-4 times daily for best results.

Using the Guaco while to heal my upper respiratory. The inflammation causes my checks and nose to become red so it’s helping get the mucus out! And it’s also helpful with my Candida yeast infection. It speeds up the process when you take the herbs while fasting on fresh fruit juice & smoothies only for a few days!!
