I don’t take my doctor prescribed iron anymore and while I haven’t had a blood draw to recheck it all I see a difference. One thing was I craved ice, it wasn’t one I could ignore either. I notice since starting these and being consistent that craving went away and my energy is better.

You will not catch me without my Herbal Iron, purple sea moss, or chewstick powder. I keep enough on me, and still try to order 1 month to 2 weeks ahead of time. I was without my herbal iron and sea moss for a week or so and I felt it. There’s some soursop leaves right there, I have the blue vervain, some soaps and another tea not in the picture. Next step is ordering and making my own sea moss gel.
