Not really happy with your company. Ordered on 12-29-22 Jamaican Sarsaparilla Root and Jamaican Blue Vervain. Order #11920 for $56.98. I only received the Jamaican Sarsaparilla Root to date. Sent an email and can't find it in my account. Wanted to have my mom use your products, but not sure I can rely on you.
This is an update, I was bitterly frustrated with my last order of seamoss due to receiving the wrong order of seamoss, I message them regarding their mistake not Expecting anything in return, this company was generous and considerate enough to send me out another batch of the correct order, customer service speaks Volumes to me, I am a proud supporter because of it. Sending me 8oz of sarsaparilla to apologize for this mistake allowing me to also keep the guaco. Great customer service I give them 5 stars
