I love the taste. However, I’m not sure I’m doing it right. The tea is not as dark as I thought it would be, it’s more of a light brown color.

Sent an email and can't find it in my account. Wanted to have my mom use your products, but not sure I can rely on you.

I bought 4oz of sarsaparilla and received guaco instead. After contacting iset about the mix up with out any questions they apologized and corrected the mistake. Sending me 8oz of sarsaparilla to apologize for this mistake allowing me to also keep the guaco. Great customer service I give them 5 stars
